CISRAED is mandated to initiate, diagnose, establish, mobilise, educate and ensure compliance of CISRAED Operating Centre/(s), as well as the introduction and implementation of the INFO/RMA/TION™ platforms and proprietary products, programs and systems, which requires it to manage, control and oversee the business and affairs of CISRAED Operating Centres.

INFO|RMA|TION - the information needed for operation, resources monetary agencies/authorities, Telechronology™ information online network, and Klirview™ operating system that are made possible by CISRAED Operating Centres or its strategic partners on a country-by-country basis, be it full-services, partial, or case-by-case.
